The staff was friendly from the time we arrived to when we left. The room was clean, had a lovely view, and the bed was soft. We liked the one free drink per person at the bar, as well as snacks and water in our room to welcome us. What I most enjoyed about the hotel was the gym and the free breakfast. The hotel didn't have any restaurants, but there were plenty nearby, some just a few feet away.

Good location (very close to downtown, with many restaurants), nice acomodations, free coffee, good cost-benefit ratio, breakfast OK/ good! We liked our stay and would return, yes, despite minor problems described below.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel. It's close to everything downtown. We love the ability of checking in and picking our room online and also like the virtual key. We'll probably stay here again.

This was our second stay, it is close to the port and there is an shuttle service. Area offers plenty of activities to do close to the hotel. Also many different options for food.

The room was perfect; clean and comfortable. Location was also good. Breakfast can be improve with more variety of products; hot and cold, and fruit. For a Hampton by Hilton I would expect a better place for breakfast

the hotel itself is a bit dated but the location more than makes up for it when you consider the pricing and the only other hotels around. i stay here regularly whenever i have an overnight in Miami and will continue to do so.
